Tea: A drink with jam and friends

Jam and friends is what we all need right about now.  March in Michigan is what I call "seven shades of gray" and I think some scones and tea (and some conversation, of course!) would do us all a world of good.

I happened by a stenciling demonstration at the 2010 Country Living Fair and this darling cloth caught my eye.  It had been printed with the variation to Maria Von Trapp's "Tea, a drink with jam and bread" lyric.  So great!

So this cloth is my inspiration.  I am heading into the kitchen now, to whip up a batch of Sticky Fingers scone mix.  I'll be humming all the while...
