After a Mother's Day luncheon and gardening with my mom, Dan and I ended the day at our friends' Irish pub, Saints and Scholars for their special occasion High Tea.Everything was delicious and we happily ate through all of the options. Two standouts were the salmon rosette and the salted chocolate pot. It was so nice to slow down and enjoy ourselves at this little tea party.

I have a question, your mother had the best recipe for "patty pan squash". She would hollow it out and fill it with sausage and cheese, if I remember correctly. Do you have the recipe, by any chance?
