I simply had no choice. The moment I saw "White Pizza" on the menu I had to have it. I had been wanting to try out a new food trend...pizza cooked in coal-fired ovens.
We went to Anthony's in Palm Beach Gardens and I was hooked. Their white pizza is made with ricotta, mozzarella & romano cheese on homemade pizza dough - yum.
So the next time you feel like a "slice," see if a coal-fired pizza joint has sprung up in your neighborhood - it's fun and coal-stoked ovens are very Mike Mulligan.
