Okay, so these are not the typical "chocolate eggs" you find at Easter, but aren't they magnificent? I was lucky enough to spend Easter in Paris one year and the chocolatiers pulled out all the stops. The large egg is at least 18" tall and is embedded with whole almonds, pistachios and pine nuts - yum! I'm sure a lucky French family had it as a centerpiece for their Easter brunch. Make sure you indulge in a chocolate egg or two yourself tomorrow. I hope you have a lovely holiday filled with family & friends.

Chocolate Eggs
