I have been drawn to the colors of the Atlantic lately. Turquoise, aqua, marine blue. These fishermen are spending the day soaking up the deep blue sea. I wonder what type of fish they caught...

Pineapple Relish
Mix a jar of pineapple preserves, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, a few sprigs of fresh mint and 2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar.

Lovely, lovely sea. Makes me want to go to the beach right now! We're having a hot day today, about 36 and then 39 tomorrow and over 41 on Friday. Phew! Time to get the swimsuit out.
