I have a terrific dinner recipe to recommend: Rachel Ray's Citrus & Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops. I serve it with roasted red skin potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach and it's a hit every time. I just bought rosemary powder (have you ever seen rosemary powder?) from an amazing spice resource, Penzeys, and I am going to substitute it for the rosemary in this recipe. I think it will imbue more flavor than dried rosemary leaves, and it will be easier to have on hand than fresh.
